This is the band Al Barr fronted before he was approached by Ken Casey to join the Dropkick Murphys. Although all the songs here are great, the two that stand out are "Brown Paper Bag" and "American Night". The album could satisfy "lo-fi" and "DIY" Punk fans due to the raw "basement sound" quality. Despite this, both the music and lyrics come through clearly.
